Prosecco Millesimato DOC Extra Dry
At The Vineyard
Prosecco Extra Dry Bosco del Merlo is made from Glera and Pinot Grigio grapes, coming from the historical production area. An area where the particularly suitable microclimate is perfectly combined with an ancient terrain. The grape harvest takes place in the early hours of the day, during the second decade of September.
Tasting
Brilliant straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. The perlage is extremely fine, noble and persistent. On the nose it has delicate aromas, which recall fragrant fruity notes, such as pear and green apple. All this is combined with a floral bouquet characterised by hints of acacia, rose and white flowers. In the mouth it is characterised by an accentuated sapidity, surprising the minerality that gives freshness to a unique product, with a contained amiability.
Plus
A fragrant wine with a creamy and delicate perlage. A dress of charm, ambassador of Italy in the world.
